CNTRL @ Middle East

 By Dillon Riley

For the fourth year running the CNTRL college lecture series is set to hit the road this April. Combining technology showcases, guest speaker conferences and live performances, the goal of CNTRL is to spread knowledge about innovation in the ever-evolving music landscape.

Beginning April 15 in Boston, MA at Berklee College of Music and Middle East Downstairs, this innovative, inventive, and immersive experience will touch down at colleges and hot spots in eight major college markets across North America before finishing up in Los Angeles April 2 at UCLA and The Palladium.

As always, the heart of this year’s series is minimal techno legend Richie Hawtin. Hawtin will be performing and lecturing at every stop on the tour, which will surely prove frutiful for the electronically inclined set. More information about the tour as well as ticket links can be found over at their site, and you can RSVP to Boston’s stop here.

Still itching for more conferences and live events, why not grab a pass to this year’s Together Boston?
