Together, New England’s week-long electronic music festival, proudly announces the second wave of artists to join an already talented and diverse line-up. Here to join the initial artists are:

The festival also announces the start of the third annual DJ and producer competitions. For the past two years, the competitions have been a breeding grounds for artistic discovery, exploration and exposure and this year will be no exception.
Together is joining forces with online audio platform, Soundcloud, to facilitate the 2012 producer competition in which participants will have the opportunity to showcase their individual strengths through remix production. This year, producers will get to rework audio stems from world class artists: Bad Rabbits, Win Win and Soul Clap. Judges will select winners based on skill levels and of course, creative ingenuity. Together welcomes an esteemed and varied panel of judges: Max Pearl (Cluster Mag), Antony Flackett (Beat Research), Ben Cantil (Vermin Street) and Kyle Langan (The Brain Trust).
The DJ competition will also be back in action, ready to farm for undiscovered talent in the New England electronic music community. Participants will be asked to submit a mix using equipment of their choice and will be judged based on song selection, transitions and their overall ability to establish and maintain auditory engagement with the listener. This year’s DJ competition judges include: Will Lynch (Resident Advisor, WZBC Radio), Gabi Aguilar (Petrol), Peter Fiumara (Good Life, owner) and John Barera (Supply Records).
