Without a doubt, our hearts have been heavy today as we work towards our festival, May 12th through the 19th. Time waits for no one, but as we continue to plan, sparks of memory and pangs of sadness have filled our day. All of the Together team experienced the effects of the terror in our own individual way yesterday. It was a terrible day, but also one that clearly moved the population of our beloved city to take action.

Through our technology board, we were told of charity called TUGG.ORG and their effort to raise money to contribute to the victims of the terrible event that struck Boston yesterday and encourage all our readers, fans, friends and staff to consider giving.
More from TUGG:
Please join TUGG and the technology community in supporting those impacted by the bombing at this year’s Boston Marathon. All proceeds will be donated completely to programs working with victims of the attacks. We are consulting with the Mayor’s office, the hospitals that cared for the patients, and other responder teams to assess the most pertinent needs and to deliver funding directly to those impacted. Both TUGG and fundraise.com are donating 100% of their fees so that all of your support goes directly to helping those in need. This is a terrible injustice and we are proud to stand as a community to help repair the lives of those who have been hurt.
On behalf of all of us at Together, we ask that you please give what you can.
