Growing up in Detroit, he learned to produce electronic music as early as age 11 with influences including Theo Parrish, Omar-S, Carl Craig, Rick Wilhite and Mike Huckaby.
Hall’s “Plastik Ambash” release on FHXE in 2007 brought his name beyond the Detroit scene. Magazine and website recognition in 2009 led to him releasing on labels like Warp Records, Hyperdub, Moods & Grooves, Third Ear, and Objectivity.
Layering genres of house, techno and dubstep, Hall produces sounds under his own Wild Oats label to represent “a non-corrupted, and not a scene-oriented, feeling of creating music.”
